Introducing a new restaurant concept, VINTAGE ONE BISTRO offers healthy choices with gluten free and vegetarian selections.  All items on the menu are made with the freshest ingredients containing locally sourced and cured meats, organic and locally sourced produce, and freshly baked breads.  Complete your dining experience with any of our world-class artisan desserts.

We are proud to offer daily dinner specials that reflect the creative inspirations of our chef with what is fresh, natural, and available. If you would like something not on the menu, we encourage you to ask.  

Before dinner you may choose to enjoy a cocktail in the History Room or the Gallery. Our bar has premium spirits, and of course, we have mixed drinks, single malt Scotches, wines by the glass, a wide selection of beers and ales, and also many non-alcoholic beverages. Enjoy your dinner in the dining room, served by friendly staff who love to cater to your every desire, and choose a fine wine by the glass or by the bottle from a 1990 French Bordeaux to wines carefully selected from all over the world. Conclude a special evening with dessert, coffee, or an after-dinner drink in the History Room or in front of the fire in the Gallery.
